INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pages 1 is the Bail Bond Application form. The area above “Defendant” is for office use only. Please complete as much of the defendant section as possible. All questions below the defendant headline are addressed to the defendant and not any cosigners. The next section is to be completed with the defendants parents information followed by the cosigners (Indemnitors) information. Please complete as much of the form as possible.
- Page 2 is a continuation of the application form and asks for information for the second and third cosigner (indemnitor) if needed. All indemnitors must sign and date the bottom of page 2.
- Page 3 is the Reference page and should include people that know the defendant. No one will be contacted unless the defendant fails to appear for court and “jumps bail” or if he or she cannot be reached by the bail bondsman and fails to stay in contact. These should be people that can get in contact with the defendant if needed and should not include any people whose information is already reported in the first 2 pages of the application. Please complete this section to the best of your abilities
- The 4th page is the Indemnification Agreement. Please contact an agent for assistance on completing this form. This form should nbot be completed without the agent to ensure the form is correctly filled in and that the terms are clear to the cosigners. Please call 410-946-6000 for instruction.
Additional Requirements | Paperwork:
In addition to the application, a copy or picture of every co-signers drivers license is necessary. Please also include a most recent pay stub or copy of your check to confirm current employment. These documents can either be emailed to Info@GoUSBail.com or faxed to 1-855-321-BAIL (2245) (toll Free Fax). To Check on The Status of Your Loved One or To Be Notified of Their Release:
Click inmate locator / Vinelink 2.0 and enter the defendants name…then enter your phone number or email and receive notification from the correctional facility once your loved one is released. This service is provided by Vinelink and not by US Bail Bonds. In the past the notification was sometimes delayed so you will likely be receiving a call from your loved one telling you they are being released before the web site will notify you.
